McRae was better than our homebrew RBs but not by much. The problem lies elsewhere.

He had 3 carries...so can't judge that yet...he had quickness and elusiveness in his 3 attempts...more than we seen from anyone to this point in season

The offence will change in many ways for the better if we can run for meaningful yardage in the first half. Maybe we’d have a few more cocky fans - which is always fun!

SO... if there is a long term injury to WIlson... do we reach out and employ Tre Watson?

I think if they bring in anyone (if Wilson's injury is as bad as it potentially could be).... whether that be Watson or Awe... they will be to back-up Clements... I think the club really likes him and it's his job to lose in the coming weeks.

The net effect of his quickness and elusiveness was still little better than Oliveira or Augustine. The logical conclusion is that the O-line has to do better, With the opposition not respecting the running game, the linebackers can drop into coverage and disrupt the the only passing game have- the short and medium passes. So the offence suffers.

Expectations need to be lowered significantly, there is no replacing Justin Medlock or Andrew Harris, they were H.O.F. level players.

The kicking game has certainly not been a point of weakness so far this season - happy with his performance so far - Kicking 88% through the uprights is more than good enough.

Leggs is not Medlock (yet) but he is good enough that we don't need to worry that he will cost us games.  The least of our concerns at the moment.

See if that holds true beyond 40 yds.  Paradis is a great FG kicker, but beyond 45 yds. he is risky money.

I don't agree.  Suddenly we're having Wade Miller having to come to the sideline to break up fights.  No thank you.

Awe is talented, no doubt but he would have to fit here. Bombers have picked up castoff/problem players before and rehabilitated them. He may be worth a look. I would draw the line at Brandon Banks, though. He conducts himself like a career moron.

Yup - just ask John Schneider and Buddy Leake.

Trying to think of one, especially in the O'Shea era anyway....who would fall into this category?
