Now they want to make Duke the highest paid receiver…. If they make him the highest  and Cody is making over $500k how do they solve the oline issues?

Before every down, Duke runs up and down the DL poking them all in the eye...

I loved when Marcus Sayles absolutely obliterated Spitty McEyeGouge at Commonwealth one year.  I didn’t actively wish injury on the guy but the horrific scream he let out was him getting his due.  The whole place went deathly quiet as he lay there with one arm pointed an totally unnatural angle…

He got laid out pretty good in the Western Final.

THEY don't...and even without those big albatross salaries....fixing the Oline in free agency ain't happening...they may be able to get one guy...but thats it, also all teams who have good o-lineman tend to do whatever to retain them, all u can get are grossly over payed Americans...good luck with Canadians...their O-line rebuild is still several years in the making yet....I don't see any real blue chippers in their current starting Canucks...or on the PR....If they were any better they would have been in the lineup...

It took about 2.5 years to fix the Bombers O-line... it can be a long process.

Fun fact. The Riders have the same amount of grey cup wins as there have been grey cups decided in overtime…..

Funner fact: The Riders' have never won championships back-to-back.

Even funner fact: The Rider's trade to give up Pat Neufeld gave them one championship, and in exchange helped us break the drought, and get a back-to-back in return. That there is some good Rider maths.

Pretty debatable that it helped them win a championship too, as Alex Hall was pretty much a bust when he went there.,

In 2 years,we've literally made up half the Riders total Championships in their 111 year history.....Oh,and P.S. they had a 20 year head start on us too!!!!

Other fun things to note... One of my favourite players (Kenny Ploen) has as many Grey Cup victories (4) with the bombers as their entire franchise. He alao did it in 5 years.

Also... I did the math on this forum in an earlier post.... more people in history have gone to the moon than players that won multiple Grey Cups with the Riders.

Yeah...but they had #1990 which they clung to..rallied around..cherished...so there's that

This is the same franchise founded 2 years after the Model T was created (the first mass produced automobile), that didnt win their first Grey Cup until 3 years before the first man landed on the moon (1966 first Grey Cup) right?
