I almost think it was restructured to yes..take handcuffs of the team..but also to make him more traceable.. they get right offer..I can see him traded

Huffing is no fool and if he sees that they can accomplish same thing with Arbuckle..and for 150..200k less he wont hesitate to move him

Hufnagel has shown himself to be a very shrewd GM, and he would trade at least one of his kids if he thought it would benefit the Stamps.

When exactly has Huff cut bait on a proven QB?  He has a lot of opportunities to ditch Tate...

BLM isn’t going anywhere - either Huff manages to keep Arbuckle on a one year deal or he gets a 1st for Arbuckle’s early neg rights

Yeah.  Maybe Toronto would be willing to trade the farm for him.  The 90k they saved on Mitchell's salary isn't really going to reshape the team they have around the quarterback. But if they could save 250k over what they paid to their starter last season they could really pickup a number of pieces to make a difference.

Or Ottawa. If any team learned the pains of not having a true no1 qb last year it was them.

New Era better not **** this up. Our uniforms are basically perfect right now.

4. New Era ushers in a new era of uniforms

Last year, New Era took over for Adidas as the CFL’s official on-field equipment provider. It was the first time New Era, best known for being the leader in providing baseball caps, was making game apparel. Thus, the uniforms themselves didn’t change that much. Other than a uniform and logo rebranding by the Montreal Alouettes and some subtle changes to the look of the Toronto Argonauts, the uniforms across the league were pretty status quo.

Expect that to change. Now that New Era has a season under their built, expect the partnership to not only expand, but for new uniforms to be pretty bold and carry the CFL’s progressive mindset into the new decade by targeting a new generation of fans.

Buzzwords like bold and progressive and targetting a new generation of fans just sets off alarm bells because you know that just means uglying things up for the sake of change.

Don't **** with the classics.

Precisely.

We went back to our classic look and have been one of the best teams year in year out and broke the curse of the bold lightning bolt W and navy blue.

They did a nice job with the Montreal uniforms... but yeah don't make the CFL look like a high school bush league please

I fully support third jerseys though - can't believe the CFL only half jumped on that bandwagon... same as a heritage classic night - would love to see the Labour Day classic as all heritage jerseys again
