A young qb like Streveler is having a difficult time finding open receivers looking straight ahead. Then having him turn his back, fake, turn around & then find open guys again is just stupid. Nichols can do it but not Streveler. In other words, we're running the Nichols offense which is also stupid.

Yep, IMO his reads aren't bad when he gets a chance, but clearly more comfortable on the move.  Shocked we aren't running any max protect and rollouts to cut the field in half for him and let him use his legs if it is there.  Don't think we're going to win anything from the pocket and no misdirection, with any of our QB's.  There's no QB in the league right now that's a good enough passer to run what Lapo is running.

Simplify... Roll right & left. Cut the field in half. Only read one side of the field. Streveler can then use his legs more effectively. Only a couple of reads.
