NorthernSkunk Posted August 2, 2019 Report Share Posted August 2, 2019 MBT being able to scramble to extend drives was awe inspiring..... why can't we find a QB that can do that.... haha joke yeh that last two and out by the offence hurt lots to end this game.... wondering if MOS was distracted too much being back home visiting in Ontario for a week and it hurt his game planning... He has the time and just ******* can't hit a target at all and/or dumps it off poorly to his check down receiver. When Streveler is in he ******* chucks the ball down field and while some of the throws are risky he at least gives the receiver a chance to make a play. And once the Argos clued in and shutdown Harris they had this game. And the defence was atrocious. Too many 2nd and long palys given up. Again torched for over 300 yds in the air. If he needs to be a cheerleader then be a cheerleader. If he needs to drop the hammer then do it. But this walking around on the sidelines by himself with a half smirk does nothing. Ive said this before and ive noticed it with other QB's like Trevor Harris after really watching him in our 2nd game. Nichols goes to his first read, its not there, he starts getting happy feet and looks to check down to AH. Trevor Harris goes through his read. 1 not there, 2 not there, 3 open-throw.
