https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/PEnnsylvania_6-5000

PEnnsylvania 6-5000 is a telephone number in New York City, written in the 2L+5N (two letters, five numbers) format that was common in the largest US cities from approximately 1930 into the 1960s. The named Pennsylvania exchange served the area around Penn Station in New York. The two letters, PE, stand for the numbers 7 and 3, making the phone number 736-5000, not including the later area code 212 for Manhattan.

Interesting song choice, given all the tunes with "New York" in their title.

Was waiting to be called out on that.

The Hotel Pennsylvania is located just east of Madison Square Garden, the home of the NY Rangers. They claim to have the oldest telephone number in the USA.  In the 30's it was Pennsylvania 6-5000 and today is 212-736-5000.

I get the reference, not slagging the choice, just said it was interesting.

Yeah... 55 and 26 sure suck

Let’s relax.  They had some very sub par games and it was brought up.  It mostly had to do with their D zone game.  Pretty sure they were both -5 in a 2 game span.  That’s not good.  We know they are gifted offensively.

That was a good period.  Jets were fast and aggressive.

Did Laine play in the third? That fourth line needs more ice.. y are we playing Scheif and Wheeler on the PK as well?..Maurice is gonna burn these guys out...just like last year when we were outta gas for Vegas... I sense trouble between Laine and Maurice...and i dont blame Laine.....he cant score if he dont play and our first line PP without him aint the same.

Laine definitely played in the 3rd period.

13:02 Toi....something aint right.....

Hes not getting pp1 ice time. That's the only difference. He gets 15 to 25 on PP2 per penalty IF THAT even.. He used to get the 1 minute 30 40 with PP1 per powerplay.

Put the lethal shooter who teams respect opening up more shot options for Scheif buff connor, Get Roslo back on pp2 and Laine back on PP1 already.

Roslo has 2 points 5 on 5 since Jan 1st.. Little and Laine don't mesh...

Its beyond time to try someone other than Little with Laine... 5 games or so with Lowry earlier... All with little Since..

Dont get Maurice at times.  Try him with 55 and 26. Or with Copp and Ehlers. Copp is so good defensively and him and ehlers in the opponents zone would be deadly good with Laine. Copp is an extremely underrated defensively elite Center.

Lemieux and Apples are playing well but Copp is certainly playing a major role im that.

Lets try...

Ehlers Scheif Wheeler

Connor Copp Laine

Perreault Little Roslo

Lemieux Lowry Tanev.

When everyone is healthy. Those are 3 solid lines.. If we could trade for Stone knowing we would sign him, id deal Roslo to Ottawa. Stone takes his spot.

Deadly. .

That LHD tho.. That's the real problem
