If Bo Goes to the NFL and Claybrooks raids Calgary we are going to finally find out how good of a coach Dickenson is.

Dickenson did pretty well with all kinds of receiver injuries, a suspect O-line and a QB who did not have his usual stellar year. Huffer and a heckuva scouting staff have his back.

So insulting Nichols intelligence is ok, but you never insult the team?  Oh wait, I forgot that you can say anything you want as long as you and "lol" at the end.

Somebody has an obsession lol..... you call it an insult, I call it an observation.  You must have been just beside yourself early in the year with all the people insulting our DC.

In those last couple of years though how many of those catches were him moving maybe 3-4 yards after the snap, And then just standing there waiting until his QB had no other choice but to dump it off to him........ it just got boring to watch.

yeah, nothing's more dull than watching a guy manufacture first downs in traffic

Hmm,

Quote

Just FYI, included among the 10 names the Bombers made public in the initial reveal in February were defensive back Marcus Sayles, who became the club’s Most Outstanding Rookie Player, quarterback Chris Streveler, who started the first three games of the season when Matt Nichols was injured and solidified himself as the club’s No. 2 pivot, and wide receiver Corey Washington, who caught a spectacular TD in the club’s regular season finale in Edmonton.

Looks like we should be paying attention to the 10 guys they revealed today.

On the Bomber neg list, QB Bryan Schor looks interesting. Of all the clubs, two whose QB needs would seem to be the highest (Riders and Alouettes) were very light  on those in their lists.

They're only revealing 10 names though. The entirety of the rest of their lists could be made up of QBs.

"In his blog on the @CFL website, commissioner @RandyAmbrosie mentions the Mexico City combine coming in January. What he doesn't say, but could happen, is a two-round draft to assign 18 Mexican players to the nine CFL teams, if the talent is there."

Bo's gone as he'll sign somewhere. Singleton, too. Stamps will be in a whole mess of trouble.

And with most of their receivers on the DL, most of us thought the Stamps would be in trouble this season past. It will be interesting to watch how Huffer and Co. deal with this.

Ferguson must have blocked Northern Skunk too...

Not sure what you are implying...if it was funny I'm sorry I didn't get it.

As for the Bombers being a power in,  or for the next five years......interesting how that emerges just as Big Chris hits the scene.  And I don't see Nichols still being a bomber five years from now.....in fact I don't see him finishing out his contract in blue as a starter.

The only team that has won more games than Winnipeg since Nichols took over is Calgary so I don't know what your point is.... They're already a power in the league and people already acknowledge that.

Regular season power I suppose.....but 6 outta 9 do make the playoffs every year.  So that ain't all that much to hang our hats on....we need playoff wins. And more than one a season soon.
