    It’s a ridiculous concept. If we have to be benching a guy for a third of the season to be able to afford him and maintain him, it’s not worth having him.

    He's also 30 and coming off injury.
    That said, hope he comes back and lights it up again.

    Indicates what a rudderless ship Hamilton actually is in terms of player personnel, they've been throwing money at their D-line every year since they first signed Ja'Gared Davis in 2019.  Same thing over and over, they sign multiple FA stars from other teams searching for solutions, yet never get closer to establishing a top front 4.  Maybe this year will be different now that Ed Hervey is in charge! 😄

    Oakman would be a nice stop gap...give us 2 freaks along the dline and I bet the culture and the room here would set him on the path to a big season...I'd be fine with that

    Honestly with the stupid amounts of money being thrown out right now I suspect there's going to be some absolute steals for deals as fa drags on.

    Big time. hes the best WR to hit FA in a while, and the top guy the last few years has gotten crazy pay days. lawler, schoen, and demski could all easily go over 1k receiving this year.
