I was alive but that was 1961, I believe so I read about it. His high altitude spy jet was shot down by ground to air missiles. He ejected, survived, captured & put on trial & convicted. That BC line just looked like they were going thru the motions last night. They were beaten & defeated by halftime. One thing I noticed was that while Mike Reilly is a great qb but when things don't go well he doesn't give off a lot of positive vibes. He just looks angry. You never see him clapping or talking to his linemen trying to encourage & fire them up. He just goes to the bench & picks up his device & watches. Looks like he has very little interaction with his team during a game.

When a qb friendly head coach (Dave Dickenson) yells at a 9 year veteran qb in Mitchell on the sidelines you know things are not right. If Bo plays badly this game he might decide to start Jake Maier after. The season would be lost if they went to 2-6 so might as well develop Maier. His upside looks to be tremendous. Who would he replace? That won't stop them. BC can have all the great receivers in the world but if Mike Reilly is getting pummelled & is throwing off his back it won't matter. That OL isn't very good. I loved seeing Sukh Chung being thrown around like a ragdoll by Stove Richardson.
