Was just out and about in the hood..was amazed and proud to see all the people in bomber gear..talikong about the game. at st v mall and seen many a grey cup sign from bomber store go out the door..the city is pumped for sure...and if we win its going to go off! Will be unreal for sure. I'm not originally from here..was fortunate enough to be here in early 90's and returned in 2003 for job opportunity in real world but can say I am a proud Winnipeger thru and thru..let's go get this mother effer!

What I like about here is that if you say something silly you WILL be challenged on it, which is good because it gets you thinking and you can try again and be immediately accepted by the same posters that challenged you. Also, you can be positive and/or negative as long as you can make a good argument. Here if you have an opinion people want to know why. You can't easily be an automatron here. Over there, some folks tend to be a little more rigid, almost fundamentalist and you don't necessarily need to have a supporting argument. Due to these differences I generally enjoy both sites but have had times when both have also turned me off but that's due to my own finicky nature. :-)

Confirmed: Nichols is starting Sunday

Matson at SAM over Rios, Alexander at S over Hecht, Taylor at HB and Jones at CB are four big changes in our secondary from the last time that we played the Tabbies. Given how they've played, this gives me hope for Sunday.

I'll say this. At the end of the season before the Collaros trade we basically limped into the playoffs. I expected us to be one & done. I had said that it would be a hard sell to Winnipeg fans to bring O'Shea back as he had only won a single playoff game. That was then & this is now. Two big wins on the road in places that aren't easy to play in. Two victories & hoping for a third to end our nightmarish drought. So, I say Mike deserves to be brought back & given a new contract. He changed my mind. I always said that he has to win to get a new deal & so far he has. I won't change my mind if we lose Sunday. The guy has done a helluva job this season.

In 48 hours, tears will still be rolling down my face. I'm not sure how many times my boys have seen me cry, not many for sure, but I know on Sunday night, I will be. I just hope they're tears of joy. For better or worse, it's been quite a ride this season. I expected the TiCats and the Bombers to play in this game but I certainly didn't expect the drama that surrounded our team this year. #ForTheW Go BLUE!!!!

This will only be the 3rd one for me, but it's just a totally different experience from a regular game. I've seen the riders and Als in Calgary and the Esks and Redblacks in winnipeg and I am just unbelievably stoked to see the Bombers in this game.

The Bombers have 8 new starters in versus the last time we played them. This gives me confidence in a win Sunday.

that's just not true, I created a thread for the sole purpose of saying 'thank you' and that I appreciated the fact that the members here were very gracious and accommodating for those coming from TEP... but I'll also say I did so because I felt it was warranted... but I'm not trying to turn this discussion into a you vs. me or here vs. there deal... the two places are pretty much night and day from each other, not only in appearance but also in discussion... both places have their plus' and minus' (is that how you do that, with a ' after the s? I don't know, lol) so depending on what you find enjoyable you will ultimately pick one or the other... personally, I like discussing the Bombers, it's players, the organization, and the play of the game... I like both and will continue to post at both... if I had to pick a 'home' I'd have to say TEP just because I've been there longer... but regardless, if I'm sitting in a bar somewhere and at another table there is either MBB members or TEP members, it doesn't matter which, and some thugs come up and start giving them ****... I'm there... it's on like donkey kong, lol... I've got your back... for me I don't need to draw that line in the sand and pick one or the other, I hope others don't feel I need to as well...

I'm just going to whine about this because I never got it out of my system early this week. For all the, "well if it wasn't for that goal post, we would have won!" from cryder fans: 1) Exactly, that pass was going to be intercepted or knocked down, no doubt 2) When throwing a football, attempt to not hit anything in the way of your target 3) and most of all, if you want to attribute the goalpost as a lucky thing, try the non-call on the pass across the LOS, the arguable forward pass on what would (should) have been a fumble recovery), and the LUCKIEST part, a ball getting batted down right into the hands of the receiver setting you up in the red zone to potentially tie the game (at which you failed). There, that feels better.

Unreal start to the weekend at Spirit Of Edmonton... Got to hang out with James West and his wife. Good booze and good tunes. TiCat morons went up and hugged The Cup when it was brought in for pics... BAD KARMA. We got our pic taken but wouldn't dare touch it. One other cool thing: You know The Traveling Jagrs? There's a crew of Traveling Glenn's! A bunch of guys who all have Kevin Glenn jerseys from the various teams he played for. So they all got a picture taken together and as they're separating I see...... KEVIN GLENN.... he came to SOE and got his picture taken with the Traveling Glenn's! Too awesome. Great ****** night....
