  2. This is one of the stupidest rule changes I’ve ever seen. It’s unfair and imbalanced for utterly no reason. It’s hard to look at Ambrosie as anything other than an incompetent idiot after all this. He is obsessed with being an innovator but everything he does seems half-baked.

  3. Yup- the whole Mueller report as the smocking gun is silly, it's all the other criminal cases that are the smocking guns. Just show the pee pee tape already. LOL:

  6. What a load of BS. Weeks before a draft they change the format? I agree with territorial protections but it should apply equally. Should be a round prior to the draft where each team gets to claim a player from their territory. This system just rewards poorly managed teams. And there should be at least a one year period before any change of this magnitude is made.

  9. He has played really, really well. But Sportsnet has gone into overdrive on Binnington. I hate Sportsnet and can't believe we still have to suffer their coverage for the next 7 or 8(?) years. An example... Laine drills Perron against the boards. Do they praise Laine's physicality, which he's been criticized for before? No. Do they note how much his game has evolved in the last couple of months, especially in the playoffs? Of course not. Do they suggest that Perron was tired, which is why he staggered back to the bench? Winner, winner, chicken dinner. Only Sportsnet could turn a big Laine hit into Perron being tired.

Oh yeah you can vote for who ever you want, but I am free to point out your hypocrisy. You say you hate the religious zealots in conservative parties yet just voted for the biggest wing nut party I have ever seen. Can't complain about them while being such a booster for a party full of them.

  11. YEAH....But the CFL as the league can sit and have nothing going on..revenue in or out much longer than the majority of the CFLPA can...thats what he getting at...I doubt it comes to that anyway and just the standard media posturing, tho that being said the players have made concessions for years, and took a lot of things on the chin, and this time around they want a little fair compensation and treatment and have the best interest of their members now, and moving forward taken into consideration

  13. So on other words (correct me if I’m wrong), they conducted investigation with the handcuff they they could not say trump committed a crime. But then laid out all the ways he did. And if they could say he did, they would have.

  14. Barr has stained his career forever now. He’ll be lucky to avoid getting impeached himself. For all the times trump attacked and maligned the DOJ and FBI etc to have the AG do this, it’s disgusting.

This is probably the most succinct summary of the mountain of evidence against Trump and his campaign. Clink on the link, it's 35 tweets long but lays out everything in the report.

  18. I’m of two minds. It’s better for the US to just beat him. But this isnt partisan. It may end up being because the GOP might shirk it’s duty. But the duty of congress is to hold the president to account. If he broke the law which he appears to have done they have to impeach. Ans the GOP, with this evidence, can event disagree. They impeached Clinton for lying about an affair. Hardly comparable to trumps crimes. Its actually better for the Dems to just use this in 2020 and beat him. But congress would be aiding the criminal if they don’t do their duty. I thknk though, they will do more investigations before introducing articles of impeachment. They’ll want Mueller under oath. They really should demand Trump testify too. And let him plead the 5th.

Mueller farmed our a lot of stuff. So as to trump’s criminal enterprise that’s probably a fight for another day. Seems clear mueller wanted congress to take his investigation and ultimately decide. Mueller isn’t a judge. Just an investigator. It’s akin to the cops submitting their findings to the crown. Except the AG intercepted the findings. Trump clearly expected benefit from Russian criminal activity. And did everything he could to interfere in the investigation. No one can say otherwise now.

Old : Trump is a Russian spy who will be convicted and removed from office for treason. Walls are closing in. Tick, Tick, Tick. Just a matter of time. New : There's probably maybe the appearance of Trump somewhere in the report trying to obstruct which is kinda sorta proof of old .

Prediction: For Collusion-Truthers the release of the report will be the "burning jet fuel doesn't melt steel" "second shooter on the grassy knoll" moment. No answer will satisfy, any redaction is proof of a cover up. No evidence is evidence of a conspiracy.

Nothing to see here all in the up and up, how long after they release the redacted Mueller report does Trump start saying that the people who did the investigation should go to jail not to mention the ones who were spying on him, the protection of this president has never been seen before and for what so that the Republicans can hold on to the Presidency, they better hope they can hold on to the Senate because if the Dems win the Presidency and take control of the Senate and retain the House, Republicans will be running for the hills, of course Trump will have skipped town for mother Russia

  31. It’s amazing that Barr thought his BS summary was going to stand. He’s either really dumb, which he isn’t, or just damned determined to carry trumps water. Imagine that being your career zenith. It explains a few things. The week before the report was submitted, Barr knew about it. Which means trump did. It explains why trump went ballistic on twitter for a few days. It explains why he also did this week when it became clear Barr couldn’t hide enough of the report from congress to make a difference. It does raise questions about the unusual meeting between Barr and the Sec of State last night. John Dean, nixon’s White House lawyer, compared this report to the Nixon special counsel, Iran Contra and Clinton Special counsel and said this one was far more damning then any of them. That’s shocking.

  32. Great map. Case in point, Canada with a population of 36.6 M produces more CO2 emissions than Mexico with a population of 129.1 M and Brazil with a population of 209.2 M.

  33. It might be a better strategy to use this in the election. If the Dems win they can lay bare all of trumps crimes. If they lose they still have impeachment in their pocket. As another AG said, this evidence is there for the day trump is no longer president too....for criminal prosecution.

Trump days are numbered, the Dems want Mueller to testify and that will open everyone's eyes that they have a bat shiate criminal as the POTUS

Vey clearly people are willing to disregard his orders. Those are civilians. Generals? Not a chance they wouldn’t disobey an order like that. They would. And it dove tails to my point about talking to a US major who told me he was largely disrespected by the military. Imagine this. Trump, the president is effectively a lame duck. His orders are disobeyed. His staff threaten to quit. Papers are stolen off his desk so he can’t see them. Hes not a real president. Which makes sense given how he won.

  50. Classic fan forum stuff, whether it's here or on the Riders forum. When a player is on our team he's great, an all star, likely best in the league. When he leaves, we won't miss a beat, he wasn't that good anyway, his backup will be just as good, likely better, heck, his backup woulda coulda shoulda taken his job last year (The GM said as much after we knew he wasn't coming back), his new team overpaid to get him and they'll be sorry. Anyone who disagrees is just a negative troll who must be argued with. SMITE HIM... SMITE HIM.
