Canada proves leadership by becoming the first state to pass a bill enabling transfer of confiscated Russian assets to 🇺🇦 as part of reconstruction effort. It is fair to make Russia pay for the damage. I thank @JustinTrudeau, @CaFreeland, and call on all states to follow suit.
